In a framework of power dynamics and competition, Diversity is among the most fragile elements. “Otherness” can be perceived as obstacle for self-growth, progress, success, and even safety. It can also be source of support, complementary, empathy, solidarity and creativity; yet this is only possible for those who have the ability and were prepared to deal with it positively. Usually crisis increase anxiety. Therefore, it either increase fear from the “other”, or solidarity. Let’s discuss together how we can make, in times or crisis, from valuing Diversity a path for success and inclusive safety.
