Tamayyaz was involved in the process of reviewing, updating and creating, when necessary, the following HR Tools/Policies & Procedures:

Employee Handbook;
Organizational Chart;
Job Descriptions;
Competency Framework;
Performance Management Process;
Recruitment Process;
Job Evaluation and Job Grading Process.


Conducted an HR Audit with Senior Management and selected employees to identify priorities in terms of HR Framework;
Designed and developed the Human Resources Framework;
Defined a clear Job Description and personal specification/ competence to fill the HR role;
Coached and mentored HR on how to use the different HR Tools/Policies & Procedures;
Supported the Implementation  and the induction of the new HR manager.


Developed Job Descriptions for the different positions and departments across the Group;
Developed a Performance Management Process including guidelines, template and forms;
Created a policy manual in accordance with UAE Labor Law;
Established a Job Evaluation and Job Grading Structure;
Formed a Behavioural Competency Framework for each position;
Developed a Recruitment & Selection Process including guidelines, template and forms.
