Compensation & Benefits – Strategic HR Management Series

This workshop is designed to equip Strategic HR Professionals with the essential tools leading to the development of objective compensation and benefits systems and packages based on Job Evaluation best practices and pillars. During the workshop, several case studies and activities will be discussed in order to provide participants with tools allowing them to take grip of the different methods of Job evaluation.
